The IRIS436 is a stylish and compact flush mounting marine IP camera, compatible with Raymarine and Furuno Chart Plotters.
The IRIS436 case has a high polished 316 bezel measuring only 86mm in diameter (62mm panel cutout), which makes it stylish enough to complement the finish of high-end luxury vessels whilst not detracting from the boats aesthetic. And as the materials we use are the highest quality, marine-grade stainless steel, the 436 is also perfectly suitable for more extreme applications and environments.
Producing crisp, 1280 x 720 resolution images, the 436 is available in two power options:- 12VDC as standard or with a PoE adapter, simplifying installation and thus reducing costs. Configurable image mirror functions are available to flip the picture when using as a rearview device.
The camera streams video smoothly and efficiently around your onboard network by using industry-standard H.264 compression codes to reduce latency issues and network lag. The IRIS436 is plug and play compatible with Raymarine chart plotters running their Lighthouse 2 and 3 interfaces as well as the new Axiom range of plotters and Furuno Time Zero v4.1 software.
The IRIS436 is also ONVIF Profile-S compliant, which means it will hook directly into any Onvif hardware.
Because the IRIS436 is so small and unobtrusive, the camera can be used internally or externally for a multitude of applications, such as deck and companionway monitoring, engine room monitoring, as a backup camera and as part of a fully integrated onboard security and surveillance system.
