A range of low profile white escape hatches designed for the harsh marine environment featuring high impact U.V. resistant Saralon resin moulded frames which resist warping and are impervious to harsh chemicals. The light bronze finished 6mm tempered glass lens offers extreme strength and durability and is moulded into the frame to help protect against water intrusion and lens separation. Additionally, each hatch lid has a heavy duty hollow, wide, deep seal which provides excellent protection against water ingress.
All hatches are fitted with an adjustable strut with friction locking knob, allowing them to be held at the desired angle. The heavy duty hinge system and strut design also allows the hatches to be opened 180° for a lay-flat effect. Each hatch has internal/external closing handles fitted as standard which include a simple integrated internal locking security system. The deck frame Features a hidden fastening design when closed and utilises stainless steel hardware where appropriate. All hatches have a 25mm internal flange and are supplied complete with matching trim ring with an insect screen available to suit 170720 only.
